Where is the Life we have lost in living?
Where is the wisdom we have lost in knowledge?
And, Where is the knowledge we have lost in information?
The above quote by Sir T. S. Eliot from "The Rock" defines the life of a 21st century Human very correctly and in its unique way.
1.Never Take Everything for granted in Life.
NO, not a single thing on this planet is fixed either by God or even by you. You may do everything on your part with 100% dedication and a will to do hard work but remember, you don’t know what will happen after 1 second.
Here are few things that you should never take for granted:
1) Health: You are not God. You don’t know when a mosquito will come and bite you or when a car will hit you.
2) Job/Money: You may not find out when your boss will come and sting you or when the company in which you are working may close down forever.
3) Friends: You are not a mind reader so that you can know when your friend turns out into your enemy.

2. Meditate at Least Once a Day
Following are perks of meditation,
1) Meditation subdues stress: Meditation allows people to take command of their nervous system and emotions.
2) The practice increases self-awareness: Believe me, it would make you more comfortable in your own skin.
3) It slows ageing: Studies show that meditation changes brain physiology to slow ageing.

3. Read, Read and Read.
Read anything, literally anything from a packet of wafers to novels. Just anything and everything. Reading enables a sense of purpose in your life along with the incredible knowledge that is delivered. You don't know what experience may prove beneficiary to you and your life.
Reading for even 15 to 30 minutes every day improves your memorising power along with considerable improvement in the vocabulary of any language that you prefer to read in.
4. Maintain a journal
Write about you and your life just for 10 minutes but every day.
This habit will change your life.
Again HuffPost delivers it, read benefits of maintaining a journal in an article of Huffington Post .
5.Stop consuming caffeine
Benefits of quitting caffeine:
1) Financial Savings, Yes, of course, they are not free.
2) Lower Blood Pressure
3) Better Sleep and Mood
4) Decreased Anxiety
5) No More Jitters
And Much More...
After Quitting Caffeine, you may get headaches, but after few days they will cease to exist.
6. Design your Life Around your goals and not your goals According to your Life.
Many people plan their purposes around and according to their life, rather than designing their life around their ambitions which may make them happy for some time and to some extent but finding success to them will be as hard as finding independence in North Korea.
7. Unplug yourself from the Social Life of the Internet.
Yes, just for one day or half a day, give more time to yourself and your family rather than giving it to multi-billionaire companies.
8. In Short, stop being addictive in nature, kill your addiction, like a lion. You may not be a king so what, shoot it or wallop it.
9. Never Fear
Yes, Ghosts are in reality but not outside wandering in this world, more often inside us. We fear to such an extent that we have coined a new name for it "Being Shy".
We feel shy to share to others what we like. Consider this post you may be liking it, but you will feel shy or fear to share it because you will think that your friends will laugh at you for reading stuff like this.
Just joking. I know you will share this.
In most cases, your fears are baseless. As Seth Godin has revealed, that how our comfort zone and our safety zone are not the identical things. It is entirely safe to make an angry phone call. You are not going to die. Don’t equate the two.
10.Be an early riser.
According to Leo Babauta "switching from being a night owl to an early riser (and yes, it is possible) has been a godsend."

11. Get Healthy amount of sleep
Usually, 7 Hours a day will be more than enough for a healthy mind, unless you are doing extreme physical work or you are under 16.
WenMd in an article on Sleep and Health had explained it with far more details than anyone can.
12. Either say HELL YEAH! Or just say NO.
There is no middle way; you must either do any work with high motivation and passion for completing it, or you should not touch it at all.
13. Be Optimistic:
"For being pessimistic is same as being no one on this beautiful planet."
14. Listen to audiobooks and podcasts on 2x speed; your brains recognition power will drastically increase.
Listening to audiobooks at a reasonable higher speed is a trend particularly in Silicon Valley called “speed listening.”
15. Decide where you’ll be in five years and get there in two
How can you achieve your 10-year plan in the next six months? —Peter Thiel
I know that's not possible, what Peter BhaiSa (Hindi word for Big Brother.) said, but it's possible to do a task in one day which consumes 48 precious hours. Yes, every single picosecond is valuable if you seek them as being valuable.
And remember there's always a faster way to do a task. No, I'm not talking about the shortcut method. Being quick and efficient is different from being a person who is born out of shortcut.
16. Always have faith in Yourself and anyone whom you can trust, if you are struggling in finding a person, be a devotee of The Almighty.
Remember these great sayings,
“Faith is the basis of all ‘miracles’ and mysteries that cannot be analysed by the rules of science!”
“Faith is the starting point of all accumulation of riches!”
“Faith is the only agency through which the cosmic force of Infinite Intelligence can be harnessed and used.”
“Faith is the element, the ‘chemical’ which, when mixed with prayer, gives one direct communication with Infinite Intelligence.”
“Faith is the element that transforms the ordinary vibration of thought, created by the finite mind of man, into the spiritual equivalent.”
Remember Faith is an essential tool for finding success.
17. "Do your duty, without expecting results."-Bhagavad Gita
The above quote from Bhagavad Gita clearly explains about the power or potential of 'Karma' or doing work. Even Newton seems to agree with this statement, potentially giving up his law and terming it Newton's 3rd Law-"Every Action Have An Equal and opposite reaction." So if you will do your work with honesty, faith and also have the desire to complete it, "NO", I mean no force in this universe can stop you from achieving your goal. Except for your own self who will do everything and anything to deviate you from your task. Now don't act foolishly asking if a flood happen or a tree falls on my head during my quest of finding gravity.
Expect optimal performance from yourself and let the counters slump where they may. The result will be your highest quality work.
And, remembet never take anything for granted.
Put most clearly in your mind: Do what is right, rest may lie in the hands of future.
18. Find your Competitor in Life
It always matters what you do, but it matters more "how you do."
You may be living a very peaceful life, following the same routine daily, except for weekends, where you follow a different method. But don't you think your life is boring, and even the great Moriarity has said.“ Every Fairy Tail Needs A real Old Fashioned Villian.” So just go and find your villain he may be your friend or maybe a person whom you admire but should be of that particular field.
Let's take an example, I have started my Blog PersonalityDev in April 2017, and despite being too young, I'm currently aiming at, more subscribers than Oliver Emberton.
So always believe in competition and always be in a race as it provides you with a reason to do that work other than sharpening your skill in that particular field.
And always remember your biggest competition is not a person born to defeat you, but it's YOU.
19. Water is Life. Really!!
Save Water!! No I'm not going to say this!
Do some self-experimentation… some people may function better with more water than usual, while for others it only causes the inconvenience of more frequent trips to the bathroom.
That being said, I am not sure if the small benefits of being “optimally” hydrated are even worth having to think about it consciously. Life is complicated enough as it is.
If you want to keep things simple (always a good idea), then these guidelines should apply to 90% of people:
- When thirsty, drink.
- When not thirsty anymore, stop.
- During high heat and exercise, drink enough to compensate for the lost fluids.
- That’s it.
20. Don’t Make a routine of Checking social media and your mailbox.
Checking will not, doing will make it happen.
So just don’t fool around checking your Mail-Box every hour, make a habit that when you will check it and when you will not.
Most people check their email and social media immediately upon waking up which is not okay for a healthy mind to be perceived by its senses and it put them in a reactive state for the whole day.
Hence, the importance of having a solid morning routine. When you wake up and put yourself, not other people first, you position yourself to win before you ever begin playing.
21.The Biggest Problem: Procrastination
“You may delay, but time will not, and lost time is never found again.” – Benjamin Franklin
According to Wikipedia-“ Procrastination is the avoidance of doing a task that needs to be accomplished. It is the practice of doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, or carrying out less urgent tasks instead of more crucial ones, thus putting off impending tasks to a later time. Sometimes, procrastination takes place until the "last minute" before a deadline. Procrastination can take hold of any aspect of life—putting off cleaning the stove, repairing a leaky roof, seeing a doctor or dentist, submitting a job report or academic assignment or broaching a stressful issue with a partner. Procrastination can lead to feelings of guilt, inadequacy, depression and self-doubt.”
So Wiki wants to say “I will do this after 5 minutes or maybe tomorrow.” You are also like that don’t you, except for checking your Facebook feed along with your mailbox.
It is regarded as the biggest threat to humanity after ISIS and enables a user to do everything in future which in return can never be accomplished.
It is such a big problem that Zen Habits have published more than 20 article on this single word “ Procrastination.”
22. Be the change
“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”- Mahatma Gandhi
Never retreat from breaking your routine and starting something new.
23. Be Rich!
Yes, be rich as mush as you can with money but along with being rich be productive as well as generous.
Make Money don’t take it. “Most people have an unhealthy relationship with money. It’s not necessarily their fault; it’s what they were taught.”
Consider Money as a vital element to buy things and sometimes happiness through this stuff, but never make money a barrier to finding happiness and love in this world.
24. Have multiple income streams
Never Depend On Single Income, make Investments to create a second. - Warren Buffett
Giving 100% to one task or job can sometimes be unproductive for your brain, and you should focus on putting 25% on four missions, it will make your brain more efficient as well as money will come from four different sources rather than one. Thus if you get promotion in either way in any task, the total income of yours will drastically increase.
Always in your life at least find one permanent job. It will make your mind comfortable and fearless when you dive into many others that are less secure.
25. Live with Integrity
- Keep your word
- Be honest, straightforward, assertive and genuine
- Correct your mistakes
- Step over your vanity and fear and offer your appreciation to those that deserve it
- Strive for a win-win outcome
- Be truth to your standards, morals and values
- Apply the same standard to yourself as to others
26. Make your Bed First Thing in the Morning
According to psychological research, people who make their bed in the morning are happier and more satisfied than those who don’t. If that’s not enough, here’s more:
87% of bed makers consider themselves happy
While 41% percent of non-bed-makers are unhappy
Bed makers are also more likely to like their jobs and their wife, own a home, exercise regularly and feel well rested
Whereas non-bed-makers hate their jobs, rent apartments, avoid the gym and wake up tired.
Do it! It only takes 45 seconds.
27. Become Good Friends with your Parents and Family
Many people have horrible relationships with their parents. I once did myself. Growing up can be tough and sometimes are parents make terrible decisions that negatively impact us.
However, my parents have become my best friends. They are my confidants. I turn to them for wisdom and advice. They understand me like no one else.
Although I don’t see things the same way my parents do, I love them and respect their viewpoints. I love working out with my dad and talking about big ideas with my mum.
If your parents are still around, rekindle those ties or increase the flame. You’ll find immense joy in those relationships.
28. Eat at least one meal with your family per day
If possible, eat a sit-down meal with your loved ones daily. It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or even
We’ve become so high-paced in the world that everything we do is on the go. We’ve forgotten what it means to just be with our loved ones.
Eating together creates a sense of community like nothing else and imparts positivity in the house.
29. Most Important of All: Implementation
You may learn all the points of this post, but if you fail in implementation, your knowledge is worth nothing.
Apply what you learn, Don’t be a knowledge hoarder and wait endlessly for the right time, more resources, more information, the perfect conditions and an external push to start your journey.
Success is a journey and what you have and who you are today are enough to get started!
Should I mention that hoarding knowledge and information can lead to mental paralysis?
Too much available and untested experience can leave you confused and overwhelmed.
The most successful people are those who learn one way of doing something and then go with it; learning more and improving along the way because (you see?) nothing is perfect, and the unexpected is always around the corner.
Learn and then apply, wait no more, start your success journey today!
